Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are available for products with manufacturing defects. All requests must be submitted through our website. Returned products must be in their original condition, including the box, barcode, accessories, and any complimentary items.

Eligibility

Online Purchases
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects arising from our craftsmanship.

In-Store Purchases
Products are checked by both staff and the customer at the point of sale.
If a manufacturing defect is found, an immediate exchange will be provided.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable

  1. Customer-caused damage
  2. Missing receipt
  3. Signs of use or reduced value
  4. Damaged or missing packaging
  5. Wear and tear over time
  6. Color differences due to screen display
  7. Purchases from unauthorized sellers or non-official websites

Notes

Natural leather creases and folds are normal and are not considered defects.
Handwoven products may not be perfectly uniform due to the handmade process, which preserves the natural character of the craftsmanship.
This is considered normal and not a defect.
